The Cargo Division activities are divided between events, and regular flights. On average, there is at least one event per week, based on some real events or fact (it can also be related to some recent news event). At the same time, pilots can chose one of the regular cargo flight.

Every cargo flight, regular or from an event either departs or arrive at one of the hub. It can be regional flight, short haul, medium haul or long haul flight.

Organization

The way of working of the division consists in the booking of a flight with a related freight quantity. It can be done either with a flight from one of the weekly event I propose, or from the regular flight list. The pilot is free to choose which flight he wants to do.

Flight scan be done whenever the pilot wants. However, once the booking is made, the flight has to be done within 48 hours. After 48 hours, the booking will be automatically canceled. In this case, the pilot is still free to renew his booking(s). Keep in mind that events are refreshed every week, so any booking which will not be completed when the event is closed will be totally canceled.

Another important thing to bear in mind is that the principle of the division is to carry some freight to a destination (from or to one of the hub). For the inbound flight, the pilot carries the freight according to the capacity of its aircraft. However, for the return flight, this is an empty flight allowing to bring back the aircraft to the hub. No freight is supposed to be carried. Although return flight are highly recommended, they are not mandatory. When doing the booking of the return flights, the mention freight quantity should be 0 kg. In some cases, it may be necessary to bring back some freight (for events), but this will be clearly mentioned in the event briefing.

Every week, a cargo event based on some real event will be proposed to pilots. All articles are accessible on this website (Divisions => Cargo=> Events).
